Mrs. Seltz's Preschool News

Hello Families,

My name is Abie Seltz and I am thrilled to start working with you and your children.  Quality childcare is SO important, not only for the child but for the family.  As a parent myself, I know how it feels to drop your child off and feel relief that she is being taken care of in the most loving, quality way.  That is what I want to achieve for you and your child.

I live in Fort Dodge with my husband, Josh and our daughter, Ainsley.  Josh and I enjoy traveling when we can (it's usually not that far) and we love to cook and spend time with family.  And newly found, we love being Mom and Dad!  Ainsley was born in January and we are having so much fun with her!  Josh's passion is all things football and it has become a partnership.  We are the owners of the Minor League football team, Iowa Eagles.  From March to July we are all football.  Then, once that is over we STILL are all football.  It is OUR American pass time.

I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Early Childhood Education from Concordia University in St. Paul, Minnesota, and I minored in Lutheran Heritage.  I taught Kindergarten for three years and preschool for two years.  I have been employed in various childcare centers for ten years where I specialized in birth-preschool.  I have always been drawn to that kind of "work."  Thank you for sharing your child with me.  We will learn lots and have LOTS of fun.
